An Executive Director with over 35 years of experience. She helps guide board member search strategy and provides board training and retreat planning. Along with a deep background in corporate marketing, branding, and charitable strategy, she can also provide crisis training. She publishes frequent articles on management and has guest-lectured at universities in southern California.
Your association’s general administration and management will be handled by our Client Service and Event Executives. Energetic and thorough yet calm under stresses, they will coordinate your management meetings and events such as trade shows, education, recreation, mixers including webinars. They assist in the many details such as vendor contracts, budgets, liaison with speakers and participants, volunteers, venue scouting, and much more.
Your association’s daily accounting needs will be served by an experienced Accounting Professional. From accounts receivable and payable, online transactions to membership or sponsorship invoicing, she generates and prepares monthly reports. She works with your treasurer on short and long-range budgeting, a full-charge daily processing and reconciliation, as well as year-end tax form preparation. Our QuickBooks expert is committed to accuracy and transparency in your financial matters.
Your association’s graphic needs will be provided by our Graphics and Digital Executive who with more than 25 years of graphics and print experience designs and produces effective collateral and digital branding. She directs website and social media work for all clients, keeping an eye on timing and consistency.
Our Web Developer brings a breadth of experience to our clients, having worked in a myriad of industries. He designs, maintains, and optimizes our client websites. Whether it’s an e-commerce function and online registration, he’ll ensure that your website works at maximum capability. He is an expert in hand-coding with various technologies including HTML, CSS3, JS, PHP, Photoshop, UX, and Wireframing technologies.
Your staff also includes a seasoned Marcom professional who holds a Master’s degree in Communications and has taught university journalism. She understands today’s news and media environment and is available to pen any of your association’s writing needs. She produces press releases and curates content for all media platforms.
Apart from our in-house services, we also offer contracted services such as videography, photography, tax advisors, or lobbying partners. We are equipped to handle your association needs, big or small.
