Do you check your reviews? Do you stress over less-than perfect ones? Are you tickled when the comments are positive? Then I bet your customers and clients would appreciate YOUR comments, too!
That’s right. Don’t be so selfish. Take the time to look up your customers’ yelp page (or some other rating site their industry uses) and do for them what you’ve been asking for. If it’s a vendor, talk about their on-time delivery. If it’s your banker, give her service some atta-gals. If it’s your building’s cleaning service, give them public appreciation for their consistent late night work.
You get the idea. It’s not all about you. It’s about supporting the business and customer base that makes your register ring. Karma.
